  • I wonder how doctors can tell Chronic Fatigue Syndrome from depression/anxiety? The symptoms are very similar. It would be good to know one way or the other for treatment. The links are helpful, I’m going to go check out the link for treatment to see what that entails.

  • Wow! I didn’t realize there were so many symptoms to Chronic Fatigue! I thought it was only tiredness, but the lack of energy and inability to sleep would make sense too. The brain fog that you were talking about, it kind of reminds me of Alzheimer’s. I think the most likely cause is that with lack of sleep, the brain begins to shut down and loses valuable functions like memory, thought process, etc. Their body might feel so much pain due to malnutrition…wonder if there are any cures for this so far?

  • I have had CFS for many years and was getting worse every year. Just this August , I thought i would not be able to walk again. My physiotherapist gave me a magazine with an article about serrapeptase in it. Since i didn’t have anything to lose , I’ve try it and now i’m almost as good as new after 4 weeks. Totally amazing.

  • I was frustrated and so angry! I have been suffering with this for almost 4 years now. I have goon to several doctors only to be told the same thing. “depression!” I know my body and i know my mind, this is not depression! when it feel like some one has pulled plug from my body and every ounce of energy have is being drained, and i don’t have the energy to even sit up. I am at loss here!

  • This is mind-blowing article on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I am sure anyone who has this condition can immediately relate to the descriptions. This condition has to be what is like to be living in hell while still being alive. Thanks for giving a voice to a “hard to explain” condition. I for one will be more mindful of listening to how others describe conditions. Thank you
