  • I had wondered about this. I have a friend who has fibromyalgia, and as someone with bipolar disorder, I could see some of the same issues. It makes sense that the body and mind are linked like that, to cause mental issues when you are having daily pain. Treating the bipolar/depressive symptoms first with yoga and meditation seems good to get that under control to help deal with the daily stress of fibromyalgia. Are there support groups for people who deal with both?
