  • Yes! Apple Cider Vinegar is so helpful for lots of things. On occasion, I even use it in a home made mouthwash mixture, because like you said, it’s very rich in minerals and good for your teeth and gums.
    I am also a big biker, so I’m constantly working the same group of muscles in my legs, which usually leads to sore knee joints and swelling. So I am super excited to try out this method! I will definitely try drinking it first, because I’ve heard that the best way to get something directly into your blood stream, is by absorbing it underneath your tongue, and through your soft palate, in the back of your throat, because of the plethora of capillaries there.
